Gold Strategy Inc. has entered into a binding LOI to acquire 49% of Macquarie Metals Pty Ltd., which controls 100% of Vantage Goldfields, owners of the Lily & Barbrook gold mining complex in South Africa.
The Company is raising USD 55 million to acquire a cornerstone gold asset, fully address legacy liabilities, and fund a near-term restart of operations in the Barberton Goldfield.
